Anyway, I'm going to wrap it and ice it tonight, and if doesn't get better in the next few days, I'll go to the doctor. You know, I'm pretty sure I did this while jogging down my hallway to answer the door for the pizza man. My hallway. I live an adventurous life, you guys.
Welp, here's my blau Tuesday outfit post, possible sprained foot and all:
If you'll notice, my right foot is slightly more swollen than my left (or I'm just crazy and think it is). Hopefully this goes away soon, I don't like limping around like an old lady, lol. On to the clothes portion: I love this bag, it's pretty much the perfect size for running around town, and it's such a fun color, perfect for spring and summer. I wanted something cozy, yet comfortable to take my exam in this morning, so this sweater was perfect and, of course, my boyfriend jeans are my go-to for comfort. Plus, my hair lion's mane was looking extra curly (uhm, wavy?) this morning, so I decided to just go with it.
How do y'all handle walking around in heels? Do you just deal? Or are you a flats girl? I'm definitely more a flats type of girl, but I own about a million pairs of heels..I kind of feel like maybe I should start wearing them more often than just on Sunday mornings and date nights. Hopefully I'll have a job that allows me to wear them too!

This looks super comfortable!
ReplyDeleteI wear heels mostly to church like you Date going out. I just can't be bothered with heels to school. Wedges would work though.

Thanks, Chantal! :D
DeleteAnd yep, school + heels = disaster..forrrr sure.
i'm a flats girl for life. i can't even wear heels to interviews anymore because i can't handle it. low, low kitten heels and wedges without the crazy high platform in the front are about all i can manage, so i mostly stick to interesting (glitter, leopard) flats. i love these wedges though and actually have them in grey. if i have to wear heels somewhere, they are my go-to. i wish i had them in teal!

They're pretty great! I'm pretty sure they're making me into a wedges type of girl, rather than just outright heels. But, I love my flats, they make life so much easier.
DeleteThat bag is incredible! I hope your ankle heals quickly!
ReplyDeleteI'm a heel-wearing girl myself, though I just love shoes! Hahah!

Thanks, Ashliegh! I'm glad the weather's starting to warm up a bit so I can whip out my bright colored bags more often. And I totally agree, shoes are the one thing I can't say absolutely no to.. ;]
DeleteLove those heels (they look kinda like my red wedges in my 30!) -- though they're probably not great for a wounded ankle. Take care of yourself!

Haha, probably not! Which is why they came off as soon as I could get 'em off. :)
DeleteYour shoes are beautiful!! Very eye catching, I love it.
ReplyDeleteI'm more of a flats girl when I'm not at work. I feel like I can cover more ground at a faster pace that way. ;)
Thanks, Michelle!
DeleteAnd I definitely agree, I'm already pretty slow when it comes to walking, heels just hinder my progress more ;)
Cute sweater! I love TJ Maxx finds!

Ouch, sounds painful! I am definitely more of a flats girl for that exact reason... I can walk in wedge boots but that's about it haha. At least those wedges are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI'm a flats girl, but it's because I have to at work. I think once I go back to school I'll wear heels a little more often :)
ReplyDeleteoh nooo Kristina!! I'm so sorry to hear about your poor foot! :( I've broken like. almost all of my toes as some point or another so I can agree with you and say that when you use something as much as your feet/toes, you definitely do NOT want there to be anything wrong with them. I will definitely be praying for healing!
ReplyDeleteAnd your sweater is awesome. Looks SO comfy!

DeleteHahah, it is my foot :)
DeleteAnd thank you, I hope nothing's truly wrong and it's just a bad bruise or a slight sprain. I'm going to have to go to the doc in the morning, bleh.
This is outfit is SO cute! I'd wear that in a heartbeat!
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm sorry to hear about your foot :( I hope it gets better soon.
