Day 4: Exhaustion, Exams, and a bit of Rage

I've got an exam in a little over four hours, so I'll be brief (cram session, what what?!). I'm rather tired today, okay, I'm sure all of you will hear me say that sentence about eight hundred million times over the course of this blog. I'm just a night owl who wants to be an early bird, or so says my class schedule. What was I thinking when I made that thing in November?

Today's been one of those days though, where all of the most random things that could happen to you, do. Like for instance, trying to park in a parking garage, but the sign says it's full and the gate won't go up until someone comes out. Then 10 cars come out, but the sign says it's still full, and you sit in your car for thirty minutes because you're stuck between two other cars..and the line just keeps getting longer behind you. Yeah, that happened to me. I hate garages. Especially because I have to pay for them. But, Curtis came to save the day, and asked the people behind us if they could back up so we could get out of line. Needless to say, I didn't make it to my second class of the day. I was beyond furious. Like, above and beyond. I actually looked up the phone number for the parking people at school, and was about two seconds away from hitting dial and chewing someone out before Curtis showed up at my car. Remember when I said I had a bit of a road rage problem, well yeah, it flared up again today. Oops.

I even honked, like that was supposed to help anything. But it released some of my rage, so that's always a good thing...? ha. Does this happen to other people? I feel like I'm always having the most absurd situations come my way!

Here's what the crazy rager wore today:

It's not my most favorite outfit of all time, but it works. And I do love the mint and teal together! I got the wedges for $8 at Target a few weeks ago; I've recently been falling in love with wedges more and more. They're just so much more comfortable and easier to walk in than most heels. Alright, I'm gonna get back to studying, but I hope you all didn't get stuck waiting for a parking garage like I did, and have had a fantastic Thursday! :)

Skywalker, that's a stink-eye if I ever saw one. He's a grumpy pants when you mess with him. He enjoys growling (it's more like rumbling) at people when they bother him and he's comfy. I think it's just his way of talking to you, because he's never gotten really angry with me before, and believe me, I mess with him constantly. It's just so stinkin' hilarious. Oh, and yes, his name Skywalker. Someone tried to call him Luke one time, we were like no, it's just Skywalker. It fits him though. I love this goofball, and his silly grumbles.

  1. ahhh i'm so sorry that horrible parking garage incident happened to you! :( parking at my school is AWFUL, which is one of the reasons I dont have my car on campus. People have to fight for spots close to the apartments and thats something I just DO NOT want to have to deal with!

Anywho- you look absolutely adorable! i've said this before, but i'll say it again...i LOVE those jeans! And the pop of blue with the shoes and undershirt is perfect!!

    1. Es okay! I ate some delicious tacos and took a quick nap afterwards, so all's well that ends well! I don't blame ya for not wanting to deal with parking on campus..it's the worst of the worst.

  7. Yeahhhh I got a case of the road rage too... I feel like honking my horn at someone makes me feel better though. And I've worn this almost exact outfit before, minus the adorable teal heels and cami!
