Day 6: Gap-a-holic

First, I'd like to thank all of you wonderful ladies for your kind words. Even if I did get a little teary-eyed a few times, the were just so sweet, they cheered me up and made my day! You guys are the bestest. <3

I got the inspiration for this look from Signe over at Signeroo (just found her blog yesterday, UH-MAZING, you should check it out if you haven't already), and she got the inspiration from Gap, which is probably definitely my favorite store of all time. I'm not kidding guys, I love that place, and this dumb town that I live in doesn't even have one. Probably for the best..I could rack up some serious debt in that store. But, I get my Gap fix when I go back home to see the parentals. If you haven't noticed, literally all of my jeans are from there.  I may have a pair from American Eagle, a couple from Old Navy, and a pair from Target {is it creepy that I know that?}..but that's about it. Gap's jeans just fit me so well {and they make my bum look good, win win}, it's kind of like a love affair. I normally have to wait until they have an awesome sale though, at $70 a pop, I just can't afford 'em. Oh, and the chambray's back, I missed it.

I love that dog way too much y'all.

What about you guys? Where do you get your jeans from? Do you have a particular place you go back to again and again, or do you just get whatever feels and looks good?

I saw it on the other blog and was like, "HEY! I can put that together because all of those things are in my 30x03, this is awesome!"

      Thank you though, Jenna!
I think you should definitely get some ankle boots, I would wear them every day if I could. So comfortable.

  3. i looooove my gap jeans! i went through phases with pacsun and AE, but now that my lady curves have grown in, i'm all about the gap jeggings. i've been eyeing the green skimmers and i really want a quality pair of bf jeans for this spring.

when i worked at nordy's last summer (for a month), i was so depressed that i racked up $600 on my gap card during my lunch breaks. i haven't let myself buy anything from gap since september. it's a sad, sad world. ):

ps. i love your hair like that!

    1. I definitely had a phase in high school where all I wanted was AE jeans, but I've always had ridiculously muscle-y legs (thank you 15 years of sports), so they never looked quite right. But once I discovered Gap jeans..the world was never the same.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure my Gap card is the devil in plastic. I have to hide it..or just give it to the madre because I don't even use it here in CS anyway. And thanks, I was trying to do something else with it, but it just wouldn't cooperate..so I gave up and just did a little braid.

  8. Lol beagle butt:D I love doggies so much, I had to dwell on the photos of your sweet little beagle for a while before I started reading:)
Lovely combination of denim with pink (crimson?) jeans! As for myself I buy my pants/jeans wherever possible, if I can find a good cut. Funnily enough, the best cut for me is H&M. At least they're not expensive!

    1. Ah, I'm jealous that you've found cheaper jeans that fit you the best! I've never lived in a city that has an H&M, so maybe one day when I run by there I'll give their jeans a go! :)
