Our ceremony was absolutely without a doubt the most special part of the day. Even though there was over a hundred and fifty people watching on, I truly felt like Curtis and I were the only two people in the whole world. Curt and I chose not to see each other before the ceremony, I wasn't completely against doing a first look, but.. I felt like Curtis wanted to keep it traditional, so I respected that. I have to say though, seeing his face when I was walking down is something I will never ever forget. My cousin, Michael, drove me around the side of the house in his '69 Camaro, that thing is seriously kick butt!
One of the weirdest aspects of your own wedding is the fact that you really don't see a lot of it if you're the bride. I was sitting and waiting for it all to start, becoming more and more nervous by the minute! I can't wait to see the video to see everyone walking in and looking super happy.
It's been so fun looking back through all of these, and I can't help but feel those butterflies I felt when walking down the aisle every time I look! :)
If you want to check out more of our wedding, here's part one, getting ready; part two, the details; part three, the wedding party.
