Day 26: Almost out of Time
Today's been an extremely full day. Seriously, my feet can attest to that fact. They'll talk to you if you'd like, or not..I know a lot of people have weird feet phobias, so I won't push y'all too hard. Okay, random sentence about feet talking is over now. Anyway, they day's almost over, but it's been a good one, even if it was crazy busy. I made the trip to my hometown to meet up with my mom and get a bunch of wedding things done, and hopefully more will be accomplished tomorrow as well. But! I did have about a 10 minute window of time to take pictures of my outfit before my mom and I went off driving around town, asking loads of questions, signing papers, and doing a little thrift shoppin'. All-in-all, it was a good day, getting things done feels good.
Along the way, I retrieved the last item I needed to do another wedding DIY, so I'll be posting that super soon (after I do it.. haha). Since I'm a pretty crafty person naturally, I think the thing I've enjoyed the most out of wedding planning and such has been making things for my wedding. It's the best, and I feel like it makes the wedding more personal, rather than just looking like any other wedding. I knew I couldn't go too crazy and make everything, but a little touch here and there is better than nothing, right?
Okay, here's what I wore for this errand-filled day:

Miley moment..? |
Soo, I realize I look a little springy, but honest-to-goodness, it felt blissful this morning in CStat, not so much here where my parents live. I was kind of cold all day long, but it's alright, I'm hot blooded. I did get a ton of compliments though, that was kind of cool! I feel like College Station is so swarmed with college students, and even though there is a major university here too, it's much much smaller, it's kind of refreshing coming home and not being completely surrounded by college kids. I know, I'm a college kid too, but when the majority of the population of a town is 18-22 year olds, you get a bit tired of boys revving up their engines at stop lights, and girls with skirts the size of..well, almost nothing, haha.
Oh, and I definitely plan on taking this hat with me on the honeymoon. I kept imagining myself strolling through shops in the Caribbean with my brand spankin' new husband next to me. Ahh, I'm excited.
Hope y'all have had a great Friday!
